Nonprofit Groups:
Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PIRC): PIRC is a longstanding immigrant rights organization that connects families to resources, trains people in Migra Watch programs and Know Your Rights trainings, and has legal observers to accompany immigrants during court hearings. PIRC also provides whistle kits to alert neighbors to unwelcome federal presence.

Immigrant Rights Coalition of Oregon (IRCO): A longstanding organization that links immigrants to social services.

Latino Network: A culturally-specific organization that provides educational programs, restorative justice, health & wellness services, workforce development, and financial aid to Latine communities in the Portland metro area.

Centro Cultural: A culturally-specific organization that provides education, workforce development, housing, health and wellness services, and cultural events to underserved communities and Latine communities in Washington County.

Immigrant Legal Resource Centre: Provides Know Your Rights information and access to free red cards.

Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Immigrant and Refugee Advancement legal directory: A compilation of legal offices specializing in immigration law. There is also a resource directory available here, and a personal emergency planning guide here.

Equity Corps of Oregon (ECO)
ECO is a coalition of lawyers providing free representation to immigrants.

Immigration Advocacy Network: a nonprofit list of legal representation.

Oregon Department of Justice: The State of Oregon’s Department of Justice has a community toolkit providing educational resources, and the ability to request a presentation for nonprofits. There is also a community resource directory located here.

City of Beaverton: The City of Beaverton has a page with available city resources.
